Thank You (2017 Edition)

As 2017 comes to a close, as we do each year, let's take a numbers-based glance back at CSS-Tricks. And more importantly, tip our collective hat to all y'all that come here and read the site.

We really do think of the site as somewhere you come and read. While a lot of people's experience with CSS-Tricks is a place that shows up in search results to find the answer to some web design/dev question (and that's awesome), another way to experience the site is to read it like a magazine. We publish an article (or a couple) nearly every day, from a variety of authors, with the hope that it's interesting and exposes us all to new ideas.

Thank You (2016 Edition)

Another year in the bag! As we do every year, I'd like to look back at the year by-the-numbers and see how we did. It's also an opportunity to say how grateful I am to you all. All things considered, the web design and development community is a pretty great one. Lots of sharing and caring. I consistently enjoy working on this site and being a part of the sub-community that happens here.

Thank You (2011 Edition)

Hey folks! It's that time of year again where I write a post to say thanks to every person visiting this site. CSS-Tricks is part of my career, so just by virtue of you visiting this site directly helps me.

Like families often send holiday letters to their relatives with a review of their year and the notable things family members have done, I like to write this blog post and review the year at CSS-Tricks through the numbers. (See 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010)

Thank You (2008 Edition)

Happy New Years Eve everyone! Just taking the opportunity to say thanks to everyone (again) for visiting and being a part of CSS-Tricks. This site has came a long way in one short year, and now is a great time to reflect.
