    Hi!

    I’m having trouble layering my text over a background effect. The particle and typewriter effects work independently, but when I put them together they don’t. You can’t see the typewriter text. I tried putting a z-index on both elements but it doesn’t work… Any tips?

    Codepen is blank..

    Z-index does not really take effect unless the position property has been changed from static…so that might be a place to start.
