I’m rather wet behind the ears on CSS and JavaScript; I am trying to figure out if there is a way to click on an image like in a gallery and overlay the page or part thereof with a hidden iframe that contains and htm page, then click somewhere to close the iframe and then select another image that will reveal the iframe with the corresponding htm page. I could just do a screen capture of the htm page and avoid the iframe but I will have to do something of the sort soon to display such htm pages using php.
The point is to avoid leaving the page and having to return to the previous page and keep a smooth flow.
The purpose of the exercise is to display recipes that contain a photo and the recipe itself.
I see that slide shows and galleries are not too complicated; but I haven’t found anything that shows htm pages. I’m sure it can be done; I just don’t have the experience. :(
    Thanks for any help.
