Really don’t like the default wordpress login/ registration.
The worst thing is when they go to their profile page.
Anybody got any custom login/registration plugins which don’t coincide with the WP login/registration part?

There are quite a few plugins out there for this.

Depending on what you’re trying to do, you may just want to use something like this:

Works great if you don’t need users to be able to manage their profiles. I’m sure there is something similar out there that will allow front end editing of profile pages as well, just haven’t needed to mess with it myself.

There are tons of plugins that do what you’re looking for, just search around till you find that meets your need.
