    i want to test web page load speeds for the web pages that i created for my research work. can anyone suggest me few websites that can be reliable and give accurate test results.

    the web site should be able to perform a speed test on page loads.

    i want a couple od sites that can perform this test. so that i can compare the results and take an average !

    I haven’t used any apps or sites for this, I usually look at the NET tab in Firebug, then refresh.

    Open Firebug, look for the tab that says NET. It’s along the top row of tabs, with HTML, CSS, Script, DOM, NET…
