    I’d like to create a script which can pull watch/warning announcements for a given zip code from the National Weather Service website and echo them into a marquee at the top of my website.

    I’m quite new to PHP and don’t know where to start.

    You can’t execute php on someone else’s site so unless they provide an interactive API (which are usually JavaScript), I’m not sure this is possible at all. Definitely no expert on the subject though.
