    I fairly new using CSS and I am trying mimic the content of a display poster. Basically, I am looking for a way to add copy editing marks on a web page. See the image linked below.

    I'm really not sure where to start so I don't have any code to show. I've been searching this forum and others with no results yet.

    I am really hoping that this can be done using CSS without an image. Thanks for your help.
