I noticed a few weeks ago that twitter is sportin’ a new favicon with some inner shadow… How did they do that????
Should I know the answer to this already????

How did they do it?
In Illustrator or some other image creation software I would presume. Did you have some other theory in mind?
I’d imagine they used Photoshop and not illustrator, since you can get down to the pixel by pixel selection.

I’m just behind the favicon times. I thought we were still limited to how many pixels were in those things.
You are still limited! It takes some serious effort to create a great favicon.
