Home › Forums › JavaScript › Trying to duplicate mouse location and input across 2 divs
I have 2 divs, each which take up half of the webpage (left and right). I would like to copy any mouse movement from one side to the other, as well as any mouse inputs (moving, scrolling, clicking, etc) so that it looks like you have a mouse on both sides and will give accurate input to both. any suggestions?

here’s a codepen

That’s perfect! can it pass input as well?
It seems I’m very new at this… I can’t get the jquery code to work on a local page. i have it added like this:
<script src=”http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.2/jquery.min.js”>
(all the code) </script>
Okay, so I have it implemented on my test page, but anytime I try to change the actual contents of the DIV, it stops working.
http://codepen.io/vaportrail123/pen/QbbyLG works, but trying to integrate it into http://codepen.io/vaportrail123/pen/ZGGQzX does not. any thoughts?
