I would like to know how to convert a SWF file to a format useable on YouTube.
I’m Using a Mac so any software/converter would have to be Mac based and preferably open source or free.
    Any suggestions?

Thanks very much in advance for any help or advice anyone can give.

What is the current file type of your video file? Are you aware that YouTube does not accept SWF files for uploading video?

    YouTube ONLY accepts:
    .Windows Media Video (.WMV)
    .3GP (cell phones)
    .AVI (windows)
    .MOV (mac)
    .MP4 (ipod/psp)
    .FLV (adobe flash)
    .MKV (h.264)
