Hi guys,
I am quite new to CSS and web development but im a fast learner and would like some help with something. I am working on a site with a full page background and i have got that element of the site sorted thanks to a tutorial o found on this site(thanks alot!) however, its left me with all kinds of problems. Most pressingly is the navigation bar. I would like some help in how to design and position a navigation bar similar to the one on this site http://ringvemedia.com/ I am not to fussed on the flash element, its just the way it stays static at the bottom of the screen. Thanks for reading
Kind regards
Hey there and welcome to CSS-Tricks!
What you’re wanting is a fixed position footer. Below is a link to a tutorial for fixed element CSS.
Hope this helps.
hello dantarantula ,
may i suggest you firebug, a very usefull tool ?
a quick look on ‘gotochina” website gives an absolute position for navigation :
and of course some tutorial…..for example Learn CSS Positioning in Ten Steps
