    Hey all,
    I have been designing for a while, but not tooo much CSS knowledge. Found CSS-tricks and I must say it helped me pretty much. Anyway, I designed this a while back, and was just looking for some feedback and maybe advice to "speed" up?

    I like it a lot, but what do you mean speed it up?

    i really dont like the flash carousel. its slow, not very intuitive and over 100kb. try using jquery. you can get some nice effects and would be 2-3x smaller.

    I like it. Also, like chazzwick already said, the carousel is kind of slow/large.

    I also think the type for your logo might be too grungy for your site, but that’s my opinion.

    cool site… agree with everything said above…

    I would also pick a background color that has a little more contrast for a background… right now the two browns kind of blend together. maybe a light brown or a dark (almost black) brown..

    I think that will make the main content pop a little bit, I think

    just a thought.

    Thank you for the comments, i value all feedback.
    Regards to the site being slow, the carousel, yeah thats the one thing that I had in mind to change, and also going to retouch and introduce a better CSS to the site, right now it is starting up with images all over the place and is taking a long time (esspecially for South African bandwith) to load.

    Again thank you for the feedback and comments. Really appreciate it.

    Okay, it seems now the carousel is too fast, I would slow that down, and also look at optimizing your images for the web – for me the site took a long time to load.
