I added the contact form functionality to the website with the help of this tutorial http://www.templatemonster.com/help/how-create-contact-form-html.html
basically i want to make a very simple change but i have been unsuccessful. Instead of re-directing the user to a new page after the message is sent i want it to remain on the same page and instead of having the alert message i want the text “send” in the button to change to “I received your message”. ps. I have the php code exactly the same as in the tutorial accept for the email and subject that i changed.
pps. How can i also check if the email address is valid?
