Semantic, elegant share buttons

What do you recommend for Social Sharing buttons that have good functionality across all devices without adding a bunch of overhead (services like addthis etc tend to slow things down unnecessarily)

Don’t mind doing all the styling myself, just wondering about getting the best scenario for behaviour on click and what urls etc they call to

Thanks for that! That was similar to what I was using, but a bit better separated.

I’m not sure what the best way to approach mobile is. Ideally they would be hidden but we have some specific functionality like ‘tweet this quote’ that wouldn’t be covered by the native mobile share buttons. And I’m not sure if there’s any good way to approach that…
