although i am not a coder but am trying more and more to understand the basics of coding, by editing the css files and with the help of firebug and google search, i am already successfully creating a website wtih a wordpress theme, that looks exactly the way i want it to look. but there is one thing, google search can´t help me with…
I am trying to add a secondary sticky menu bar, which only apears on some of the pages, and which deplaces the transparent, not sticky main menue in the moment when i sroll down, and which stays transparent and sticky. it should look and behave exactly like in this example of apples homepage:

could somebody give me a hint, tipp, intruction, link that would help me achieving my goal? maybe there is a plugin which i could use or a tutorial that could help me, or another workaround that i can´t think of now, because i am pretty new to all this.
i would be very happy, if somebody coul help me with this!
