    So I’m trying to finish up the new version of my site and I’m running into a problem with the search box. Maybe I just need a fresh set of eyes to look and tell me what’s going on. If you can take a look and try to help me out I’d appreciate it.

    Hiya! I’m really a noob at php, but the spam message of:

    “Deprecated: Function eregi_replace() is deprecated in /home/content/68/6490868/html/newsite/sphider/include/searchfuncs.php on line 54

    lead me to this post and how the “eregi_replace()” function should be replaced with “preg_replace()”
