Rezising in an iPad

Sometimes, when I move the iPad from horizontal to vertical, the site rezises, and sometimes it doesn’t.

What am I missing here?

In the first page (not working), the image doesn’t occupy the 100% of the width.
In the second page (this works) the image occupies 100% of the width.

What should I write down in the CSS so the first one works?

I added a new link called “only header and footer” and is not working either.

The image of the header occupies 100% of the width (same as in the example working), but instead of being inside div =”wrapper” it is inside div=”nav” (which is inside div=”wrapper”)

Also, the footer is not showing in this one.
