Queries Error Help!

We used a responsive template to make this site: FantasticSamsOfFlorida.com however it is no longer responsive and we are being told there are queries errors. We had a novice designer work on this site (who is no longer with us) and looking for anyone who can provide some insight on what needs to be fixed to make responsive again.

We have another site using the same template, pulsevertical.com and it is working perfectly.

there may be other issues but it seems to be missing the viewport meta tag. The site that is responsive has this in the head section;

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=1.0; user-scalable=0;" />

Just don’t use this…it’s provides a poor user experience
