Please help,
I am having tremendous problems with my wordpress blog side bar but only in internet explorer. My web site is http://chriscarvergraphics.com and it is a blog I am setting up in wordpress. I started the theme design using starkers theme and edited the css and the files. My sidebar looks fine except the twitter widget and search widgets show up in the center of the post colum. I used the uneven column tool I found in this forum where you create several columns inside one another to house the full column lenghts. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I have validated the site. and my css file can be found at… http://chriscarvergraphics.com/wp-content/themes/ccg/style/css/layout.css
Where on earth did you validate?
15 errors http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fchriscarvergraphics.com%2F
I validated at http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fchriscarvergraphics.com&profile=css21&usermedium=all&warning=1&lang=en i think it is called jigsaw. This raises another question. What is the difference in validations services? And if there are, what is the best?
I’m trying to do a little research and I am finding that my document was validated via css but not the xhtml. I think I am shedding a little light. Please let me know if I am in the right direction
