Thank you (to everyone) for posting and sharing on this site. I deeply believe this site is one of the best learning tools around.
I really like it! i noticed that you have the blue and pink the promonent colors in your design and i also noticed the green as the contact button, i would like to see more green on the site, just to make it more symmetrical. even if its only on the contact page or calendar? by the way your calendar page TITLE states page not found. but All in all, great job!
@deeve007 Thanks for replying. I tried to be mindful of my plugins…the Ultimate Coming Soon one is no longer needed, so that is -1 from the list. Almost all are key. (Art Direction isn’t used, but I know is popular). The WP Clean Up plugin is one of my favorites because it cleans up the database real nice.
@attilahajzer Thank you for your thoughts. Concerning adding more green, I will see what I can do. The church’s ‘primary’ colors are red and blue so I did feature them more. The site will be told to the moms and dads soon, so I still have time to tweak. The calendar title I believe will come to life after some events are entered. The calendar is by Modern Tribe and they just released their v 3.0 and it is really cool. The post and the events both get ‘filtered’ by the logged in user via the ‘Groups’ plugin. So if you are a parent in a 3-YR class then you only see what is applicable to your classroom. The Events Calendar played perfectly nice with the ‘Groups’ plugin. Time.ly’s calendar did not. Thanks again for writing.
