Post won't post

I’d written a post and went to post it to the form which looked like it had worked. I then edited it as I realised the CodePen link was wrong and now it’s vanished.

Luckily I have a copy of my post but when I type it up again and submit, the page just refreshes to the Design forum and there’s no new post.

Any ideas?

An update, I’ve just managed to get the post to submit. I had to remove my markdown code, although the inline code did work.

Basically removing this (below) code allowed it to post but as you can see the same code works here – very odd!
