Position a module in specific area on mobile

As you can see there is a blog and a social share module in the page. On mobile version of the page, i want to position the “facebook plugin” down the blog. This change has to be responsive even while viewports change. Can anyone help me? I am not able to do it on myself, because i am not that friendly with css .

The col-xs-12 should make the each, content and sidebar stack one on top of another. It looks like you have overwritten some Bootstrap Grid widths somewhere.
