All of that text at the bottom of the page WILL get you banned from Google.

Thanks for the reply. It’s a big help.

But to prevent the website for the possibility of getting banned from google, should the text on the bottom be deleted then? What would you best suggest?

Also, does it matter if the word links and other urls don’t work? And is it okay if it uses only one page?

It should be deleted.

Your copy should be well written and contain all of your site’s keywords within it. Just make sure you’re not repetitive.
