So I’m switching some sites I created using ASP.NET over to PHP, and the one thing I really liked about ASP.NET was the Master Page… basically a template page that all other content pages use. I found a cool post here:http://spinningtheweb.blogspot.com/2006/07/approximating-master-pages-in-php.html about using the same idea with PHP, and decided that was that..

anyway, I’m having some weird issues implementing it, and that’s turned into some banging of the head on the wall. Before posting a bunch of code and wasting time, has anyone done this before?

I’ll probably post somewhere a little more appropriate (like on a PHP forum!), but there seem to be some pretty smart folks around here (you included, Chris), so I thought I’d ask.
