Few things though, on my browser the ‘?’ isnt lined up with the other navigation links, looks strange and orphaned down to the right of the page rather than next to the header-image you have used like the others.
Agree about the vertical text, as soon as i saw it i tilted my head to read it in case it was important information for me as a user, but it isnt. The tooltips you have used with the vertical text links is cool though.
When you hover over an image it brightens but its barely noticeable, maybe darken the thumbnails a bit more so this effect is more obvious.
Other than that, really like it, good work.
