I downloaded this theme from ndesign-studio.com and have been using it ever since in a web site that I set up in 2009. this theme precedes WP 3.0+, what are the requirements to upgrade it to WP 3.0+ standards?
I suppose this could be a question in general about older themes.

p.s. Notepad 1.3 (available at wordpress.org) is a later version of this theme, with the theme options package dropped from it, so it is somewhat different than version 1.2 but still not WP 3.0 ready
