My fixed Navigation bar is getting lost behind a body element.

I have created a fixed nav bar that is scrolling over the top of the first body section like I want, but the second body section (#About) is covering it up. I tried setting the z-index but that didn’t help. I’m probably missing something simple elsewhere in my code so I’d like any input:)

Haha! I knew it was something like that! Thanks theacesfes! Looks like the navigation bar div element needed to enclose both the other DIV body elements in order to scroll over the top of both. Thank you so much!
