I am working on a site that has a news area in multiple languages. All good.
I usually create an RSS feed for the news areas, however I’ve never done so with multiple languages.
It looks like people often just make multiple RSS files and have different tags and whatnot in each one.
Is this the accepted best practice?
So I’d have:
http://www.someurl.com/rss/news-en.rss
http://www.someurl.com/rss/news-fr.rss
http://www.someurl.com/rss/news-de.rss
etc…
As a side note….
I also have no idea how people get rss feeds with the following to work…
http://www.someurl.com/rss/
Do I just utilize .htaccess to make that happen?
