Moving site to new server Issues

Having completed all the content on a new site I have moved it from the dev server to a live server. The home page appears fine, but all the sub pages are pointing to the old server. I checked all the Theme pages and I changed the URL in the Settings page, but now I am not able to log into WP-Admin and I could use some help getting things on track.

I added the following to the wp-config file but I am still stuck.

define(‘WP_HOME’,’http://baybreezeapartments.com’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://baybreezeapartments.com’);

I would really appreciate some guidance.
