Menu over posts – z-index doesn’t work

Hi,
I have a Menu over the posts lists (in a loop).
The last menu box (the FIRST one from the left after the search)
when I scroll down the sub-items it disappears (when I scroll on the left side of it it’s ok, but when I scroll in the right – it disappears. and we need the right because we are RTL here)
I tried to set z-index 100 on the menu but it didn’t work
any suggestions?

Not sure because I didn’t look but anything you want to z-index needs to have positioning. (position:absolute, relative, fixed). That includes the thing you’re trying to z-index OVER.
