Make the website functional in both iphone & imac

Hi, Our newly built website is working fine in chrome & firefox. But it’s not working in iphone/imac. When try to register/login in those, it keep refreshing. I want to make the website fully functional on both those devices (iphone & imac).
(Maybe the issue is within Safari browser.)

I’m not going to submit the forms, but I’ve typed in them and they don’t refresh for me on iPhone. At what point are they supposed to be refreshing?
