I’d like the main image on this page (a test) to change during rollover / mouse-click on the small thumbnails below to a larger version of each thumbnail:

Also: how do I avoid the main image ‘snapping back’ when rolling over the white space between each thumbnail?

And: is there a smooth way to fade between each image, especially as I have a darkened hover effect on the thumbnails and on the main pages:

    Any ideas?

(EDIT: I had some suggestions for some code here previously, but upon looking at it again, it was complete garbage. Sorry about that. If I find something better, I’ll post it here.)

Oh. I tried using it but it didn’t completely work. Any other ideas?

Looks good! Is there any way of maybe changing the text that appears under the main image too?
