I will shortly be starting a project to build a web application using the Yii PHP framework and jQuery; I am looking for someone with a good background in building clean, elegant, and usable user interfaces utilizing appropriate CSS tools (possibly including Twitter’s bootstrap) and AJAX through jQuery in an MVC-type framework such as Yii.
