I have been working with JavaScript on a small scale for about eight years. By that, I mean, UI enhancements, button events, small jQuery stuff, etc.
I have never had a “formal” or proper JS education.
Most of the tutorials and or “code school” like things I find online (I am too broke to buy books and my library is useless), they are either way to beginner, or advanced and/or very specialized.
I have been diving into some fully fledged JS side projects, mostly React and have been trying to move past my UI/Frontend job title. I feel light years behind the curve.
Can anybody suggest a few resources, preferably free to walk me through some JS core concepts and generally knowledge that is just beyond the basics that could help me?
