Looking for a designer finding website

I’m looking for a designer for a refresh of a site I’m working on. About 3 months ago I found a site where you could send in your spec and get a set of quotes and then the people behind the site would have a skype conference to help you pick a designer.

I bookmarked it somewhere but now can’t find it – does anyone the service? Failing that anyone know any good places to look for a freelance designer?

Thanks mikeman, those are all similar to the site I found – I like the look of mycroburst.com but would probably like to iterate a few times. I’m still looking for the skype guided design site if anyone knows it?

If anyone is interested the site is hda.org.uk – I’m redoing the backend and tidying it all up (narrowing the navigation down into a few core tabs) but could do with a designer to give it a much cleaner fresher look – something more like livestrong.org
