I think he forgot one instance, where the client comes to you and says they want something but that they don’t know what it is so you make a mock up and they say sure but half way though making the site they say do you have anything else, and they repeat this a couple of times till they say, sorry i guess we’re not going to have a new website made because we don’t really know what we want and don’t like what you’ve shown us :P
