Layout size?

I have a questions about creative a website layout in Photoshop.

Ok so you designing a layout in Photoshop. What resolution do you set it at initially 72 or something a bit higher like 200. The only reason I ask is because sometimes I would like to show my web designs in a printed portfolio and would need a higher resolution version of it for that.

To be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever really thought about it.

I always just fire up designs in 72.

I think a whole web page printed at 72 would still look fine.
