JavaScript breaks over 3g connection

Today I found out that when I load my website over a 3g connection various Java Scripts break, after a bit of googleing I found out that my 3g provider strips certain scripts but leaves others be (can’t figure out what the criteria is).
On my website I use some jQuery to hide a window upon load and to later reveal when a button is pressed, unfortunately this is one of the scripts that breaks over 3g, now am I looking for a solution that will hide the window when the script fails to load.
I’m not very experienced with Java so if someone could help me out!
