Howdy, i was wondering if there was a way to have a post shared on facebook and twitter from wordpress?
Automatically done of course. So when the admin creates a post it automatically is shared to their facebook page and twitter.
Why not just add RSS feed to your Facebook profile?
To be honest, i have NEVER dabbled in RSS feeds, hell, im not even sure i know what the point of them are. But i do believe that i should investigate them to see if there is a solution. Thanks for the advice.
In nutshell:
RSS – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Syndication
Your WP feed is: http://yoursitedomain.com/feed
Log into Facebook search for RSS app, add your feed and every time you add new post it will be syndicated (RSS – Really Simple Syndication)
Have you tried WordPress’s Jetpack plugin with the Publicize module? All very easy to set up and it can handle auto-posting to Facebook and Twitter. http://jetpack.me/support/publicize/
I like RSS feeds and think sites should provide them (and WordPress sites do generally have them by default), but more and more people are moving from using them toward picking up links via social networks.

I believe that’s what I use, it’s great and does it’s job without getting in your way.
As soon as you post your article the plugin automatically posts the title and the link on FB and Twitter.
You can also customize the message it posts.
