Is there anything in how the css is rendered by the browser that would look at .2 and 0.2 in different ways? Other than just having that one extra character?
No difference, some prefer it with the “0” and some don’t.
I prefer the “0” purely because my eyesight isn’t the greatest and I can’t always see the “.” :)
I’m sure some minifiers could easily remove any leading zeros as part of their processing anyway.
