Hello guys, am just assuming that i have a structure below like this:

ok so what i want to achieve is the `mask id div` has a `transparent background ` pretend a opacity.

and the `insider id div` have a dynamic content pretend that `map` or `image` or whatever.

but here is a twist i want to drag `element` inside the ` insider div` like how we drag maps by `cursor`

so am hoping you understand guys what i want to know

can anybody tells me is that possible or not? or is any other way to achieve this
