Installing a second wordpress site not working

I have a WP here. http://opportunitynicaragua.org/ojala/
Trying to install a second here. http://opportunitynicaragua.org/ojalaWS/

Going here gives me the message. http://opportunitynicaragua.org/ojalaWS/wp-admin/install.php
Already Installed
You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.

I uploaded the database from the first install to the new one.

Ever heard of database tables?

When you go to install it, give it a different table name. Should be an option in the install process.

Did you create a new database for the second instance of wp? You should repeat all of the installation steps again for the second wp site. Don’t just copy the files from your first install to another directory. Hope that helps.

Have you considered doing a WordPress Mutisite install? Seems that might solve your problem. I have a step by step guide for doing so if you’re interested.

Yea it’s blank! That’s what makes it so hard to fix. Not much to work with.

When I switch to twenty ten it works though.

Any clue how to troubleshoot a bank WP page?
