In safari 5, Dropdown arrow is not visible if we defined a border for select box

Hi Friends,

In safari 5, Dropdown arrow is not visible if we defined a border for select box.

Here is my code. Could you please give me some solution. I tried a css hack with particular to safari browser. but that doesn’t help.
