I am trying to use in-field labels in a form and I cannot get it to work correctly, even when I load the exact files supplied.

Notice how the labels fade when the field is focussed and disappear when text entry begins. Clearing a field and leaving brings back the label.
Here is a link to where I uploaded the files from above page. I didn’t make any changes, but when you type in a form field it types over the label instead of the label disappearing:

Does anyone have any idea what I’m doing wrong. I have a feeling it is something simple, but I don’t know what.
