I did margin0,padding0, floatleft, on the table. I made sure all the parent elements had a width, clear both. The only difference between the first td and the others, is that the first td has three input fields, two of which are hidden. Do you know think IE8 would have a problem with that?
Still, doesn’t seem like that’s the true culprit. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I’m stuck.
If you style inputs with a specific width, then hidden inputs may also take up space in IE8, I think. Not sure though, hard to tell if that’s what’s wrong with your page from just a screenshot.
