I have set up two images in my navbar to link to respective pages.
When I click on them it seems to appends what I have in my href to my site. I get some ? marks around the href url

    [Link Here](http://www.riversideca.gov/riversidefireball/default.asp “Link Here”)

can anyone tell me whats wrong?

Yep. Something is putting some bad characters in for your quotations. If you are manually coding, make sure your text editor is set to utf-8.

    Thanks guys.

My Notepad++ did have it set to UTF-8 without BOM.
I would have thought all my href links would have the same problem though.

still getting the same issue, it works if I get rid of the bad characters (quotation marks).
