How to Remove Title from just the thumbnail when rolled over

Hello All!
you guys are probably getting tired of me by now.
I’m trying to remove the title from just the thumbnails of this site (huf2much.com) when they are rolled over.
I still need the title itself for when the thumbnail is selected it thitle is below the image.
Any way to do this without deleting the titles entirely?
You can see what I mean under the Art section on the first thumbnail.

I added, basically what you said, even though I had No f’n idea what the hell that was since I have no idea what im doing. I placed the

title="{display:block;

after alt title and it worked.
