    I have the ul/li list in WordPress. Would you please help me make the sub-menus that can be toggled and keep state when reload page or click to link?

    not totally sure what you mean. Isn’t this just achieved with CSS? WordPress gives you certain classes that you can use to style accordingly.

    You can set parameters in your wp nav menu function to control class names and behavior etc.
