    I’m making this site and I just finished it using chrome to check it. when I opened it on I.E all the css i did was scrambled up.. how do i match chrome with I.E?

    We can’t tell anything from a vague description.

    Focus on creating a minimal demo in JSFiddle (as Codepen does not support IE) and let us have that link.
