    I would like to echo information from my database but can not find out how to do this. You can view the form and and my database setup here.

    You’re not selecting any information from your database. You’re inserting information. What exactly are you hoping to echo?

    Sorry I have already found out how to do this going through the tutorial here by w3schools.

    Sorry about that, thought I would just throw the php code in there on codepen just to show the code although I knew it wouldn’t work well there. In future I will make sure I bring the source code to either a pastebin document or github.
